Yes, you can. Just write an email to lambda@yayyay.events specifying the number of tickets you wish to buy and your company's billing details. The payment shall be sent by bank transfer to Yay Yay Events' account. Once the payment is received, we will issue a discount code to redeem your tickets on our website for free.
Yes, we offer discounts for groups of 4 people minimum and you can see the prices on this page.
Yes, after purchasing your ticket you can write an email to lambda@yayyay.events stating your full name, nationality, date of birth, and passport number as well as the details of the Embassy or Consulate where you will apply for the visa.

There is no parking areas at the venue but there are several public parkings in the city of Cadiz for attendees who arrive by car.

Temptative Event Schedule
You won't need your laptop during the conferences, but it can be a requirement to participate in some workshops. During the conference you can make use of our cloakroom to leave your backpack and laptop there.
All workshops take place on the 23rd of October. There are 2 workshop categories: Crema & Canela.
Only general ticket holders (Early Camarón, Standard Tuna and Last Callamar) can access Canela Workshops for free by using the discount code sent together with the ticket order confirmation.
Even if you are a general ticket holder, registration is not automatic: you will have to register to the workshop of your choice; we recommend you to book your seat as soon as possible since capacity is limited for each workshop. If you have purchased a ticket and cannot find the code please contact us and we will provide it. Check out the following video tutorial to discover how to register on our webpage. For those who are not conference ticket holders, admission will have an specific fee.
Crema workshops are paid workshops both for ticket holders as well as for the general public. You can check the fee for each workshop in the Workshop page.
The conferences will take place in 2 rooms. The main hall has a capacity for 400 people, whereas the secondary hall has a capacity for 300 people respectively.
No previous registration is needed for general talks; registration is only mandatory for workshops. However, if you plan to attend a conference in one of the two secondary halls, we recommend being proactive and coming early to find a free seat.

Lambda World offers a variety of non-conference activities to help you connect with other attendees. We will publish them from September 2025.
Lambda World doesn't have a formal dress code, though shirts and shoes or sandals are required at all times.
Yes. We cater to many special dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free. If you have any dietary requirements outside of the ones mentioned or any questions, you can contact Lambda World at lambda@yayyay.events . for any questions and issues related to the payment.
Lambda World will provide non-stop coffee and lunch the 23rd and 24th of October.
No, we won't ask you to be fully COVID vaccinated to attend the conferences as there are no mask or vaccination mandates in Spain, but we encourage the attendees to be cautious and responsible for their health and that of others.
No, it's not mandatory to wear a face mask at the conference or during the event but you can freely wear it.
